With this step what we do is create our numbering sequences. This is especially important in the case of INVOICES for example. With coreBOS CRM we can configure for the entities or system modules that type of meter has. These counters are defined by a fixed prefix and a self-incremental number; then we are going to see in the case of BILLS how this is defined.

• Access to SETTINGS

• Access to the Customize Record Numbering section

• We reach this part of the system where we can define the numbering

• We select the INVOICE module

• Here we can review and configure the numbering for our invoices, for example: define the Prefix and the first numeric value that appears after this prefix.
